| 摘 要： | 在信息资源中,政府的信息资源是国家信息资源的重要组成部分。在我国政府信息资源建设过程中,借鉴西方发达国家的成功经验,结合我国的实际情况,以政府信息公开为前提,以信息技术为手段,以电子政务为平台,加快我国政府信息资源建设,实现社会信息化的跨跃式发展。
