高温对萱草园艺品种部分生理指标的影响

摘    要:就部分生理指标的变化与萱草品种耐热性之间的相关性试验,筛选出能反映萱草园艺品种耐热性的生理生化指标。通过正常温度和高温条件下对6个田间表现出不同耐热性萱草园艺品种叶片的部分生理生化指标变化趋势的测定,结果表明高温下其叶片含水量变化大小和自由水/束缚水比值的上升与其耐热性呈负相关,而抗氧化酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量的变化与其耐热性呈正相关。上述生理指标可作为萱草园艺品种耐热性的筛选指标。

Abstract:By the relativity experiment of some physiological indexes and heat-resistance in varieties of daylily, it is selected some physiological indexes which would be considered as the system of heat-resistance for the daylily. The experiment on the change trend of the physiological indexes in 6 varieties' leaf of daylily from field experiment with different heat-resistance under the normal and high temperature condition has indicated the water content change and the rate of free water and tied water of leaf increased more evidently under high temperature when they have lower heat-resistance, but the content of soluble proteins and the activities of SOD, POD and CAT increased more evidently under the same higher temperature in the varieties with higher heat-resistance. All of those physiological indexes would be considered as the system of heat-resistance select for the daylily.
