摘 要: | ![]() [目的]研究不同四棱豆品种的光合特性,为四棱豆栽培或品种改良提供参考。[方法]以13个四棱豆品种为材料,采用LI-6400便携式光合测定系统测定其净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)等光合生理参数,以及测定其叶绿素含量、叶面积及比叶重,采用SPSS13.0分析软件探讨Pn与生理因子间的关系。[结果]在不同四棱豆品种中,Pn、叶绿素含量、叶面积和比叶重均存在差异,其变化范围分别为17.2~21.9μmol/m2.s、2.167~3.015mg/g、33.7~86.5cm2/片和35.6~68.73g/m2;各生理影响因子与其Pn呈相关性,其中Tr与Pn呈显著正相关。[结论]中翼一号、K0006、K0021等品种具有较强的光合能力,在生产上可作为栽培或品种改良的首选品种。

Study on the Photosynthetic Characteristics in Different Varieties of Winged Bean |

Abstract: | ![]() [Objective] The research aimed to study photosynthetic characteristics of different varieties of winged bean,provide the reference for improving or culturing winged bean.[Method] Net photosynthetic rate(Pn)and physiological parameters(GS,Tr,etc)of 13 varieties of winged bean were determined by LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system and the relationship between Pn and physiological factors was clarified by SPSS13.0.Chlorophyll content,leaf area and leaf mass per area of them were also studied.[Result] The results showed that Pn,chlorophyll contents,leaf area and leaf mass per area were different in different varieties of winged bean,being 17.2-21.9 μmol/m2·s,2.167-3.015 mg/g,33.7-86.5 cm2/leaf and 35.6-68.73 g/m,respectively.Pn was interrelated with its physiological factors,and there was a significant positive correlation in the relationship between Pn and Tr of them.[Conclusion] It was concluded that the varieties of them,including Zhongyi 1,K0006 and K0021 etc,were better in photosynthetic characteristics,and had great potential in improving or culturing winged bean yield. |
