摘    要:基于碳排放背景下,利用数据包络分析法评估了长江经济带2013-2017年农用地利用碳排放效率。结果表明,这五年间,长江经济带11省市的农用地利用碳排放效率整体偏低,区域农用地利用平均效率不足0.7。并且,通过对比2017年不考虑碳排放影响下的农用地利用效率结果得出,碳排放会对农用地利用效率有一定程度的负面影响。此外,利用Tobit回归分析方法发现,对区域农用地利用碳排放效率具有显著影响的因素是年均气温、耕地面积以及农村居民人均收入。因此探讨碳排放影响下的农用地利用效率及其影响因素,对优化农业土地结构和资源可持续利用有着重要作用。

Study on carbon emission efficiency and influencing factors of agricultural land use in the Yangtze River Economic Belt based on cross DEA
Abstract:Based on the background of carbon emissions, data envelopment analysis was used to evaluate the carbon emission efficiency of agricultural land use in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2013 to 2017. The results showed that the carbon emission efficiency of agricultural land use in 11 provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt was relatively low in the past five years, and the average efficiency of regional agricultural land use was less than 0.7. In addition, by comparing the agricultural land use efficiency in 2017 without considering the impact of carbon emissions, it can be concluded that carbon emissions will have a certain degree of negative impact on the agricultural land use efficiency. In addition, Tobit regression analysis showed that average annual temperature, arable land area and per capita income of rural residents had significant influence on carbon emission efficiency of regional agricultural land use. Therefore, the study of agricultural land use efficiency and its influencing factors under the influence of carbon emissions plays an important role in optimizing agricultural land structure and sustainable resource utilization.
