苍梧县松材线虫病疫情防控浅析

松材线虫病是一种具有高度传染性和毁灭性的重大森林病害,是我国检疫性有害生物和松林头号杀手，苍梧县是松材线虫病重型疫区，总结该县疫情防控实践及防控技术对各地疫情防控工作十分必要。本文概述松材线虫病疫情的侵染循环，汇总分析该县疫情发生情况和主要防控措施，指出松材线虫病是由松材线虫引起的病原主导型森林病害，应从疫源控制、传媒昆虫防治和康健松树保护3个方面进行防控，疫情监测和疫点封锁隔离是关键，及时全面清理枯死疫木是核心，传媒昆虫防治是辅助措施。建议加强疫情监测防控工作，严格检疫控制人为传播疫情，开展松树抗性育种，培育和保护健康松林。

Pine Wilt Disease (PWD) is a highly infectious and destructive major forest disease. It is a quarantine pest and the number one killer of pine trees in China. Cangwu county is a severe epidemic area of PWD. It is necessary to explore and summarize scientific and practical control technology. By summarizing the infection cycle of PWD, analyzing the epidemic occurrence and main prevention and control measures in the county, PWD is a pathogenic dominant forest disease caused by Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, which should be prevented and controlled from three aspects: epidemic pathogeny control, vector insect control and healthy pine tree protection. Monitoring and epidemic area sealed and isolation is the key, Timely clear out of dead trees caused by PWD is the core, and vector insect control is an auxiliary measure. It is suggested to strengthen PWD monitoring and control, strictly quarantine management of man-made epidemic spreading, carry out pine resistance breeding, cultivate and protect healthy pine forests.
