摘    要:在分别研究土壤温度、水分和土壤有机质对土壤微生物菌群影响显著的前提下,采用正交试验,研究土壤温度、水分和土壤有机质综合作用对土壤微生物菌群的影响。结果表明:温度对土壤微生物量影响较明显,温度较低的情况下,细菌量较多,另外,随处理时间延长,细菌数量下降幅度大,处理10 d,细菌数量可下降1 000倍,之后趋于稳定;真菌和放线菌下降幅度较小,处理50 d,真菌和放线菌下降10~100倍,对真菌和放线菌数量影响较大的因素是温度。

Abstract:Three factors and three levels of the orthogonal test was used to study the effect of soil temperature,moisture and soil organic matter on soil microbial flora.The results showed that the temperature has obvious impact on the volume of soil microorganisms,the temperature of the circumstances was lower,the volume of bacteria was larger,and with the extended processing time,decrease greatly in the number of bacteria,handling 10 d,the number of bacteria could be dropped 1 000 times,then tent to stable;fungi and actinomycetes decline was smaller,handling 50 d,fungi and actinomycetes decreased by 10 to 100 times,the larger impact factor on the volume of fungi and actinomycetes was temperature.
