| 摘 要： | 在广西环江县进行桑枝屑不同添加比例栽培香菇试验,探讨香菇培养料中添加不同桑枝屑比例对香菇菌丝生长、鲜菇产量、生物转化率等指标的影响,以筛选出最适合的桑枝屑添加比例,为开发利用桑枝资源生产食用菌提供科学依据。试验结果表明,4个添加桑枝屑的培养料配方均能正常出菇,但从各配比的菌丝生长、鲜菇产量、生物转化率以及原料的取材来源...
