| 摘 要： | 通过对治愈后囊虫病猪胴体各项理化指标分析、治疗药物残留量测试及囊尾蚴囊液理化性质、毒性分析,全面评价了治愈囊虫病猪胴体的营养价值,结果表明,治愈囊虫病猪胴体在各项营养学指标上与健康猪无明显变化,亦无治疗药物的残留及囊尾蚴囊液毒性蓄积。为治愈囊虫病猪胴体利用提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | The current paper deals with the nutrition values of Alfendazole cured Cysticercus cellulosae pigs. The residual quantity of Alfendazole in pig body, properties and poison test of Cysticercus cellulosae liquid, and also the nutrition values of cured pigs show that Alfendazole do not have any bad effect on pig nutrition values and could be used as a valueable chemical for curing Cysticercus cellulosae pigs. |
