山地果园单轨车轨道结构有限元分析及优化

摘    要:目前的山地果园单轨车运行稳定,但振动传导直接,振动对结构影响大,为了准确计算和优化单轨车结构,基于ANSYS参数化设计语言(APDL)对单轨车轨道结构建立了参数化有限元模型,并进行力学分析,得出了包括应力、应变、固有频率、谐振响应曲线等结果,并用振动试验验证了有限元模型的准确性。在此基础上实施优化设计,在保证安全性、稳定性的前提下,单轨车总重量减轻了16%,实现了轻量化的目的。

Abstract:Monorail vehicle for the mountains operated stable,but transition of vibrating was direct.Vibration had a great impact on the structure.For optimizing the structure,this paper used ANSYS parametric design language to create the parametric finite element model for monorail structure,and get the analysis result under static and dynamic states,including stress,strain,natural frequency,resonance response,etc.And the accuracy of the finite element model was verified by the vibration test.Based on current analysis,optimize the design with ensure security and stability to achieve a lightweight with 16% weight reduction.
