安全剂对酰胺类除草剂解毒的效应比较

目的]研究安全剂与除草剂混用减轻除草剂对水稻芽生长的抑制作用的效果。方法]测定6种酰胺类除草剂单用,及其与3种安全剂混用对水稻芽生长的抑制率。结果]在培养皿中,丙草胺与解草啶混用在5个浓度梯度的平均生长抑制率为20.07%~39.74%,丙草胺与AD-67混用的生长抑制率为24.73%~75.07%,丙草胺与R-29148混用的生长抑制率为58.46%~75.07%,而丙草胺单剂的生长抑制率为64.19%~75.27%;丁草胺与解草啶混用的平均生长抑制率为-9.21%~33.11%,丁草胺与AD-67混用的生长抑制率为13.98%~76.36%,丁草胺与R-29148混用的生长抑制率为42.65%~83.77%,而丁草胺单剂的生长抑制率为42.65%~83.77%。AD-67与丙草胺、丁草胺混用对水稻的解毒作用小于解草啶,大于R-29148。结论]安全剂与除草剂混用能缓解部分除草剂对水稻芽生长的抑制作用。

Comparison on the Detoxification Effects of Safeners on Acetanilide Herbicides

Objective] The aim was to study the effect of the mixture of safener and herbicide on reducing the inhibition action of herbicide on the growth of rice-sprouts.Method] The inhibitory rates of 6 acetanilide herbicides used singly and in combination with 3 safeners on the growth of rice-sprouts were determined.Result] In culture dish,the average growth inhibitory rate of the mixture of pretilachlor and fenelorin at 5 concn.gradients was 20.07%-39.74%,that of the mixture of pretilachlor and AD-67 was 24.73%...
