慈利县公益林生态系统服务功能评估

摘    要:为了更好的制定关于加强慈利县公益林保护、对公益林的提质改造以及公益林保障体系建设等相关决策,并提供基础数据与技术参考,本研究以慈利县公益林为研究对象,运森林生态连清技术体系评价慈利县公益林生态系统服务功能。研究结果显示:慈利县的公益林生态服务功能价值量大小排序为涵养水源(384895.407万元·a^-1)>生物多样性保护(201330.400万元·a^-1)>固碳释氧(112347.871万元·a^-1)>净化大气环境(42975.974万元·a^-11)>保育土壤(34339.778万元·a^-1)>林木营养积累(4860.117万元·a^-1),涵养水源功能是森林重要的生态服务功能,其价值量占总价值量的49.30%,在不同乡镇中,江垭镇、零阳镇森林生态服务功能价值总体高于其他乡镇,青龙湾林场最低。按不同优势树种组分,栎类、灌木林、马尾松、杉木生态服务功能价值高于其他优势树种组,桉树最低,楝树次之。慈利县各镇(乡)森林生态系统服务功能总价值量为780749.547万元·a^-1,是当年慈利县财政总收入9.01亿元的8.67倍,表明在改善生态环境、保障社会经济可持续发展中可以发挥巨大的作用,可以考虑大力营造混交林,尤其是营造以阔叶树为主的混交林,从而提高慈利县公益林森林生态系统生态服务功能。

Abstract:In order to provide basic data and technical reference for the relevant policy decisions,such as the strengthening of the protection of non-commercial forests,the upgrading and the construction of non-commercial forest guarantee system,etc.in Cili County,this study takes the non-commercial forests in Cili County as the research object to evaluate the ecosystem service function of non-commercial forests in Cili County by applying the forest ecological continuous inventory system.The results showed that the value quantity order of the ecological service functions of the non-commercial forest in Cili County is the water conservation (3 848 954 070 Yuan/year)>biodiversity protection (2 013 304 000 Yuan / year)> carbon fixation and oxygen release (1 123 478 710 Yuan / year)> atmosphere purification (429 759 740 Yuan / year)> soil conservation(343 397 780 Yuan / year)> forest nutrient accumulation (48 601 170 Yuan / year),among which water conservation is a vital ecological service function of the forest,accounting for 49.30% of the total value.Among different towns,the values of forest ecological service function in Jiangya Town and Lingyang Town are higher than other towns,and Qinglongwan Forest Farm has the lowest value.According to the classification of different dominant tree species,the ecological service function values of Quercus,Shrubs,Pinus massoniana and Chinese Fir are higher than those of other dominant tree species,and Eucalyptus has the lowest value followed by Melia azedarach.The total value of forest ecosystem service function in various towns in Cili County was 7 807 495 470 Yuan/year,which was 8.67 times of the total revenue (901 million Yuan) of Cili County in the same year,which indicates that the ecological service function can play a huge role in improving the ecological environment and guaranteeing the sustainable social and economic development.It is recommended to take into account the massive planting of mixed forests,especially the mixed forests with broad-leaved trees as the main forest,consequently improving the ecosystem service function of non-commercial forests in Cili County.
