| 摘 要： | 细胞质雄性不育和育性恢复是一种普遍的生物学现象,它为研究植物的核质互作效应提供了理想的材料。本文对鉴定与细胞质雄性不育相关基因的方法以及目前细胞质雄性不育系统中的核质互作研究现状进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Cytoplasmic male sterility and nucleus-controlled fertility restoration are widespread plant reproductive features that provide useful tools to exploit cytoplasmic-nuclear interaction.The strategies of identifying CMS-associated mtDNA and the research advancement of cytoplasmic-nuclear interaction in CMS system were reviewed in this paper. |
