摘    要:以江西省某万头猪场选留的二元杂种母猪和成年杜洛克公猪进行杂交,采用不同的配种方式,观察其对母猪繁殖性能的影响。观察结果表明:全人工授精的效果最好,窝均总产仔数比自然交配多0.49头,比半人工授精多0.31头,窝均产活仔数也比自然交配多0.44头,比半人工授精多0.28头,虽然情期受胎率和初生窝均重略低于自然交配,但高于半人工授精,且3种配种方式没有本质差异,对母猪的繁殖性能影响差异均不显著(P>0.05)。因此,在中大型猪场推广实行猪的人工授精是完全可行的。

Abstract:Sows of two crossbreds were chosed from a pig farm in Jiangxi Province, and crossed with ripe Durock boar. Different insemination techniques were used for observing its influence on reproduction performance of sows.The results showed the best result was obtained by complete artificial insemination.The average number of farrow piglets was larger by 0.49 head than that from natural insemination, 0.31 head more than that from half artificial insemination. The average number of farrow living piglets was larger by 0.44 head than that from natural insemination, 0.28 head more than that from half artificial insemination.The fecundation rate and farrow weight of newborn through complete artificial insemination were lower than those from natural insemination, but higher than those from half artificial insemination. Three different insemination techniques had no diversity in essence and its influence on reproduction performance of sows were not dominant (P>0.05). So it is suitable to extend the use of artificial insemination comprehensively in medium or large pig farms.
