| 摘 要： | 水资源紧缺严重制约了农业特别是水稻生产的发展。水稻旱种是水稻生产中的一项重要节水技术，对于发展节水农业和保证中国粮食安全有重要意义。综述了旱种水稻产量和品质的形成特点，从光合特性、物质生产与运转、根系活性、籽粒灌浆特性及其激素和酶学机制以及土壤养分等方面分析了其原因，讨论了旱种水稻存在的问题与对策。

| Abstract: | The shortage of water resource seriously limits the development of agriculture especially in rice production.Non-flooded cultivation of rice is an important innovation in rice production and has great significance in developing water-saving agriculture and ensuring food security in China.This paper surveyed the characteristics of grain yield and quality of rice under non-flooded cultivation,analyzed their reasons from the aspects of photosynthesis,mater production and translocation,root activity,grain filling and its hormonal and enzymatic mechanisms,and soil nutrition,and discussed the problems and countermeasures in developing non-flooded cultivation of rice. |
