丹皮与赤芍提取物体外抑菌效果的研究

摘    要:
[目的]探讨丹皮与赤芍提取物的抑菌谱,为进一步开发这2种药材提供依据。[方法]采用滤纸片扩散法,研究了不同浓度丹皮与赤芍提取物对6种食源性微生物和致病菌的抑菌效果和最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。[结果]丹皮提取物对大肠杆菌(E.coli)、炭疽杆菌(B.anthracis)抑制作用较强,MIC分别为0.09和0.19mg/ml,对金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)、猪粪链球菌(S.faecalis)抑制作用较弱;赤芍提取物对李斯特氏菌(L.monocytogenes)和鼠伤寒沙门氏菌(S.typhimurium)有较强的抑制作用,MIC分别为0.10和0.19mg/ml,而对猪粪链球菌(S.faecalis)抑制作用较弱。[结论]丹皮和赤芍提取物对6种供试菌有一定的抑制作用。

Abstract:
[Objective] The aim was to discuss inhibiting bacterial spectrum of cortex moutan and red peony root extracts and provide basis for further exploitation of two medicine herbs' value.[Method] By using filter paper diffusion method,bacteriostasis effect and MIC of different concentrations cortex moutan and red peony root extracts to six kinds of food-borne microorganism and pathogenic bacteria were studied.[Result] The results showed that cortex moutan extracts had a strong inhibition on E.coli and B.anthraci...
