| 摘 要： | 水稻花药培养技术在常规粳稻育种上有广泛的应用,育成了中花和龙粳系列品种。常规籼稻的花培育种品种不多且应用有限。近年来对籼粳交F1和光温敏核不育系的花药培养成为研究热点,其花培后代因所用材料不同而不同。

| Abstract: | Rice anther culture is widely used in Japonica rice breeding. A series of varieties of ZHONGHUA and LONGJING developed through anther culture methods were released. The progress of anther culture used in Indica rice was not so success and much fewer varieties than Japonica's were released. Hybrid F1 from Indica crossed with Japoniac as well as Photoperiod and Temperature Sensitive Genic Male-Serile(PTGMS) rice lines were the hot materials used in anther culture in recent years. The results were different according to different hybrid F1 and PTGMS used. |
