| 摘 要： | 对从乌头（Aconitum Carmichaeli Debx.）植物中分离获得的内生真菌进行抗菌活性筛选,其中59株内生真菌（占总菌数的35.98%）有抗菌活性,高活性菌株（抑菌圈直径＆gt;15mm）有42株（占抗菌活性菌株的71.19%）,抗菌谱广的菌株有3株,它们分别是曲霉（Asp-ergillus）、毛壳菌属（Chaetomium）和毛霉（Mucor）,表明乌头植物内生真菌中广泛分布着有抗菌活性的菌株。

| Abstract: | creening antipathogenic activity of endophytic fungi from Aconitum Carmichaeli Debx.,59 straims(35.98% of total strains) endophytic fungi had antipathogenic activity,and 42 straims(71.19% of antipathogenic activity strains)had high antimicrobial activities(inhibitone zone diameter>15mm));3 straims of endophytic fungi had a broad antipathogenic spectrum,comprising Aspergillus,Chaetomium and Mucor.It was shown that there were many antipathogenic strains distributed in Aconitum Carmichaeli Debx. |
