| 摘 要： | 采用ISSR分子标记技术对山东、河北地区的24个白桑(Morus alba L.)地方品种资源进行了遗传多态性分析。筛选的13条ISSR引物共扩增86条扩增带,其中多态性条带63条,多态性比率为73.25%,ISSR标记遗传相似系数范围在0.6706~0.9529。通过类平均聚类(UPGMA)法分析,24份材料聚分为2大类。

| Abstract: | Inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) molecular marker was used to analyze the genetic diversity of 24 local varieties of Morus alba Linne from Shandong and Hebei province in this paper. By using 13 selected ISSR primers, 86 DNA bands were amplified, in which 63 bands showed polymorphism with a rate of 73.25%. The coefficient ranges of genetic similarity of the ISSR were 0.670 6～0.952 9. Twenty-four local varieties were classified into 2 groups by UPGMA method. The above results suggested that ISSR markers can be effectively used to evaluate the genetic diversity of local varieties of Morus alba Linne, and provided the molecular foundation for the systematic research. |
