摘    要:目的]为了弄清酶贮宝对青贮饲料品质改善和奶牛产奶量的影响。方法]本试验用添加酶贮宝与不添加酶贮宝的全株玉米青贮料对60头奶牛分试验组和对照组进行90d饲喂。结果]表明,添加酶贮宝青贮料品质优于不添加酶贮宝的青贮料,且适口性好,奶牛喜食、采食快、剩余量少,日平均产奶量提高1.6kg/头(P0.05),试验期增加纯收入86.4元/头。结论]青贮酶技术是对传统青贮制作工艺的一项技术改进,值得在奶牛养殖中大力推广应用。

Abstract:Objective] To evaluate the effects of silage fed with adding enzyme storage (enzyme storage treasure) on silage quality and dairy cow milk yield. Methods]Sixty cows were divided into experiment group and control group. The experiment group was fed corn silage by adding enzyme storage for ninety days, while the control group was fed corn silage without enzyme storage for ninety days. Results]The re- suits showed that the quality of corn silage adding enzyme storage treasure silage was better than that without enzyme storage. Moreover, palatability, being preferred in grazing by cows, and foraging corn silage adding enzyme storage treasure silage was also better as well as remaining index. The average daily milk yield of the cow fed corn silage by adding enzyme storage increased 1.6 kg per head per day, which showed significantly difference when compared the control group (P〈0.05). Especially, it increased the income with 86.4 yuan per cow in the test period, Conclusions]Silage enzyme technology is an improved technolo- gy for the traditional silage production process, which should be energetically popularization and application in dairy farming.
