转基因烟草的耐盐性研究

摘    要:通过植物基因工程技术,获得了分别表达编码细菌1-磷酸甘露醇脱氢酶基因(mtlD)和6-磷酸山梨醇脱氢酶基因(gutD)的转基因烟草。Southern和Northernblot结果表明,mtlD基因和gutD基因均已整合到烟草染色体DNA中,并转录产生对应的mRNA。糖醇含量测定表明,在所测试的mtlD基因转化烟草中,均有不同剂量的甘露醇的合成;在gutD基因转化烟草中,gutD的表达导致了细胞内山梨醇相对浓度的提高。在含1.75%NaClHoagland溶液中的耐盐实验表明,转化植株的耐盐性比非转化植株的大为增强。

Abstract:Transgenic tobacco plants which expressed bacterial mannitol-1-phosphate dehydrogenase gene(mtlD) and glucitol-6-phosphate dehydrogenase gene (gutD) respectively were obtained by plant ge- netic engineering.The results of Southern and Northern blot analysis confirmed that mtID gene had inte- grated into the genomic DNA of tobacco plants and produced specific mRNAs.Tests of sugar alcohols indi- cated that different content of mannitol had been produced in mtlD transgenic tobacco plants,and the ex- pression o...
