土壤硝态氮两种测定方法的比较

摘    要:对土壤硝态氮两种测定方法进行了比较,结果表明:双波长分光光度法准确度和精密度高,样品标准加入回收率为98%~103%,RSD为1.24%~3.37%,选择性好,灵敏度高,操作简便,能有效地消除亚硝酸根、氯离子和有机物的干扰;离子选择性电极法操作简便,样品标准加入回收率为89%~90%,RSD为3.01%~5.46%,但电极稳定性受环境因素影响较大,准确度和精密度不够高,干扰较大。

Abstract:Two determining methods of nitric nitrogen in soil were studied.The results showed that the recovery of dual wavelength spectrophotometry was 98%~103% and RSD was 1.24%~3.37%,which accuracy,precision,selectivity and sensitivity was high and operation was convenient.It can effective eliminate the interference of nitrite ion,chlorine ion and organic substance.The recovery of ion selective electrode method was 89%~90% and RSD was 3.01%~5.46%,which method was easy and simple to handle,but the stability was not good,the precision was not high and the interference was big.
