摘    要:对西洋杜鹃(Rhododendron hybridum)2个品种(Redjack、Brittania)的试管苗在恒温和变温变光培养条件下进行了离体培养。结果表明,变温变光培养较恒温培养更适于西洋杜鹃的壮苗及生根;2种不同培养条件下的幼苗移栽成活率分别为90.8%和71.0%,差异显著。

Abstract:Two varieties of Rhododendron hybridum(Redjack and Brittania)were cultured in vitro under different conditions(constant temperature,changeable temperature and light).Result showed that the culture conditions of changeable temperature and light were more suitable for rejuvenation and root formation of test-tube plantlets of R.hybridum compared with constant temperature.The survival rates of transplant seedlings under the two different culture conditions were 90.8% and 71.0%,with a significant difference.
