文化宽容视角下民族地区新农村思想政治工作探究

20世纪90年代以来，民族地区农村处在诸多利益分化调整时期，各种利益要素的分配调节出现失衡，民族间的物质利益需求矛盾与文化差异矛盾纠结在一起，使农村进入新一轮的矛盾多发期。特别是在多民族地区，民族文化差异也成为诱导其它矛盾激化的根基。文章基于农村文化差异的现状和新农村思想政治工作在化解矛盾根基方面的不可替代性作用，从理论上探讨在文化宽容视角下研究新农村思想政治工作的可行性。并从以文化的宽容品格，理性看待民间族群文化的差异；以宽容的心态理性对待农民的利益诉求；以宽容的心态引导民族地区的民间信仰；以宽容的心态对待农村民间法的乡土影响等四个层面阐述多民族地区新农村思想政治工作的新思路。从文化宽容视角研究新农村思想政治工作，拓宽了当前农村思想政治工作的研究领域。
