不同条件下‘施田补’对棉苗生物学性状的影响

摘    要:为了明确在新疆的特殊气候条件下,在不同温度和土壤含水量施用‘施田补’对棉苗生物学性状的影响,采用盆栽试验,供试材料为‘新陆早44’。结果表明:在不同温度处理下,施用施田补温度低于15℃时明显抑制棉花发芽,20℃以上对棉苗生长发育有不同程度影响,温度高,影响小。在不同土壤含水量处理下,施药土壤含水量过高与过低都会抑制侧根的增加,而主根生长与侧根的变化趋势相反。

Abstract:In order to understand effects of pendimethalin application in different temperature and soil moisture content on cotton seedling's biological characteristics in special climate conditions of Xinjiang,the ' Xinluzao44 ' was used as the planting materials,using pot experiment.The results showed that:in different temperature treatments,the application of pendimethalin had a significant inhibitory on cotton sprout,when the temperature below 15℃,and there were different influences on cotton seedling growth when the temperature above 20℃.In different treatments,the application of pendimethalin could inhibit the lateral root increase no matter the soil moisture content was too high or too low,while root growth had the opposite trend with lateral root.
