吲熟酯对藤稔葡萄疏果和内源激素及果实品质的影响

摘    要:在 6 年生藤稔葡萄花后 5 d,果穗喷布 50~400 m g/ L 的 吲熟酯,疏果率达 到 116% ~437% ,且浓度越高,疏果率越高,但浓度达到 100 m g / L 时,出现药害 于盛花期、谢花末期、花后 5 d 分别喷布50 m g/ L 的 吲熟酯,疏果 率达 118% ~400% ,喷布时 间越早,疏果 率越高,其 中谢花 末期 喷布的 疏果率与 人 工疏 果 相似 ,同 时单 果 重增 加 391 ~638 g, 可 溶性 固 形 物提 高 13% ~ 19% , 含 酸量 降 低029% ~048% ,果实商 品价值显 著提高 据 对盛花期 喷布 50 m g/ L 的处 理调查 分析,吲 熟酯使 藤稔葡萄幼果内乙烯与 A B A 的含量分别提高 750% ~1167% 和 688% ~1668% ,从而加速幼果的脱落,落果高峰比对 照提前 2 d 出现 从疏果程度与 果实品质 两方面考 虑,生产上 应选谢花末 期喷布吲 熟酯50 m g/ L 为宜

Abstract:Application of Figaron at the concentrations from 50~400 mg/L to the flower clusters of six year old Tengren grapes at the fifth day of postbloo resulted in 11 6%~43 7% fruit thinning The higher the concentration of Figaron, the higher the thinning ratio Toxic symptoms were observed when the concentrations of Figaron were more than 100 mg/L Spraying with 50 mg/L Figaron to flower clusters at full bloom, final stage of flower abscission, the fifth day of postbloom respectively resulted in 11 8%~40 0% of thinning ratio The earlier Figaron was provided, the higher the thinning ratio was Spraying with 50 mg/L at final stage of flower abscission got the similar result to the hand thinning The quality of berries were improved by an increasing of 3 91~6 38 g in berry weight and 1 3%~1 4% of total soluble solides (Tss)and a reducing of 0 29%~0 48% in titration acid Furthermore, the results showed that spraying with 50 mg/L Figaron at full bloom, contents of ethylene and abscisic acid in young berries increased by 75 0%~116 7% and 68 8%~166 8% respectively A peak of berry drop was 2 days earlier than that of the control Therefore, 50 mg/L Figaron spraying at final stage of flower abscission is recommended in Tengren grape production
