| 摘 要： | 要提高思想政治教育的针对性和实效性,就要引入人性化的思想政治教育。人性化的思想政治教育的内涵在于注重发挥人的潜能、注重引导和完善人性的建构与发展、注重发现自我价值和全人类的价值。实现人性化的思想政治教育要求树立以人为本的教育理念,培育人性化的育人环境,优化人性化的教育机制。

| Abstract: | To improve the pertinence and actual effect of ideological and political education,it is necessary to introduce humanistic ideological and political education.Humanistic ideological and political education is to pay attention to play of human potential,pay attention to guiding and improving the humanistic construction and development,pay attention to self value and human value.To achieve the humanization of ideological and political education demands establishing people-centered philosophy of education,cultivating the humanistic environment of education,and optimizing the humanized education mechanism. |
