| 摘 要： | 2008年5月12日发生的汶川特大地震及经济建设和不合理的自然资源开发和利用,加之近几年异常的气候条件,导致马尔康县范围内暴发了山洪、泥石流和其他地质灾害,对该县的生态环境造成了巨大的破坏。为了保护和改善全县自然生态环境,实现生态修复和重建,对马尔康县的自然生态环境状况进行了认真的调查,并进行了具体的分析和研究,结合马尔康县的实际情况,提出了全县生态修复和重建的构想、实施方案和具体措施,以更好地保护、改善和美化生态环境,使人与自然和谐相处,实现生态建设的良性循环。
