摘    要:秸秆反应堆技术利于大棚生产,应用复合菌剂发酵秸秆反应堆旨在进一步优化棚内农作物生长环境,完善大棚生产。此项研究选用公主岭市农户家的两个蔬菜大棚为试验基地,以传统种植方式为对照,研究了复合菌剂发酵秸秆反应堆技术对蔬菜大棚温度增幅、水分利用率、化肥和农药施用量的影响。结果显示,与传统种植方式大棚相比,复合菌剂发酵秸秆反应堆可显著提高棚内温度,从201O年1~5月,棚内地温在8:00、14:00、20:00平均增加2.79℃、3.0℃、3.57℃,平均气温分别增加1.65℃、1.0℃、2.0℃;水分利用率提高47%;追肥用量减少25%;农药使用次数显著减少。复合菌剂发酵秸秆反应堆能提高徒作物秸秆的循环利用率,减少大棚内水、化肥、农药使用量,显著提高棚内温度,增加蔬菜产量、质量和效益。

Application of Microbe Consortium on Horticultural Facilities

Abstract:The straw reactor technology is widely used in greenhouse. The application of microbe consortium on fermentation on straw reactor aimed at improving crops environment in greenhouse. The study took two vegetable greenhouses as the test bases in Gong zhuling, comparing with conventional planting, to explore the effects of microbe consortium on fermentation of straw reactor on the increase of temperature, water use efficiency and use of chemical fertilizer and pesticide. The results showed that microbe consortium on fermentation of straw reactor significantly increased the temperatures in greenhouses from January to May on 2010. The average increase of soil temperatures were 2.78℃ at 8:00 A.M., 3℃ at 14:00 P.M., 3.57℃ at 20:00 P.M.; and the average increase of air temperatures were 1.65℃ at 8:00 A.M., 1.0℃ at 14:00 P.M., 2.0℃ at 20:00 P.M.; the water use efficiency increased by 47%; the fertilizer amount was reduced by 25%; the number uses of pesticide significantly decreased. Microbe consortium on fermentation of straw reactor had improved the recycling uses of crop stalks, reduced the amounts of water, chemical fertilizer and pesticide, significantly increased the temperatures in greenhouses, and finally improved the production, quality and efficiency of vegetables.
