食用仙人掌软腐病病原鉴定

摘    要:鉴定表明:荆州食用仙人掌软腐病的病原是胡萝卜软腐欧文氏菌胡萝卜软腐亚种(Erwinia carotovora subsp.carotouora)。该菌株与对照菌株大白菜软腐病菌相比,其形态和生理生化性状完全相同,仅培养性状和致病性略有差异,可使多种蔬菜发生软腐。

Abstract:Pathogen identification of the soft rot disease on edible cactus revealed that the pathogen was Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora, which showed identical physiological and biochemical characteristics with the contrast strain that caused the soft rot of Chinese cabbage, while discrepancy of the cultural characteristics between them could be discerned. Pathogenicity test experiment demonstrated that this strain could cause soft rot on a wide range of vegetables.
