摘    要:对板栗的营养价值、信阳气候特点、信阳板栗产业现状及板栗深加工产品现状进行了综述,以期推动信阳地区板栗种植业良性发展,加快板栗深加工产品的商业化。

Abstract:The nutrition value of Chinese chestnut , Xinyang’ s climate characteristics, the current situation of the industry and the deep processing of Chinese chestnut were reviewed, in order to promote Chinese chestnut planting to the benign development in Xinyang area and to speed up the commercialization of the Chinese chestnut deep processing products.
