| Abstract: | The nutrition value of Chinese chestnut , Xinyang’ s climate characteristics, the current situation of the industry and the deep processing of Chinese chestnut were reviewed, in order to promote Chinese chestnut planting to the benign development in Xinyang area and to speed up the commercialization of the Chinese chestnut deep processing products. |
