| Abstract: | A procedure for restriction enzyme analysis of the potato chloroplast DNA (ctDNA) is described. The advantages of this method are: 1) rapid determination of ctDNA type, 2) no ultracentrifugation, and 3) low cost of analyses. This method makes it easy to distinguish the ctDNA types of wild and cultivated potato accessions. |
