豫楸1号扦插生根过程中氧化酶类活性变化的研究

摘    要:通过对豫楸1号幼化抽生嫩枝扦插生根过程中内部氧化酶类(IAAO、POD、PPO)活性变化进行研究,结果表明:幼化抽生嫩枝插条在扦插生根过程中IAAO、PPO活性均呈现升-降-升-降趋势,POD则呈现波浪式上升。3种氧化酶在生根过程中的作用既相互独立又相互联系,通过相互作用来共同影响豫楸1号生根。

Abstract:The article studied the changes of oxidase(IAAO,POD,PPO) of Catalpa bungei cl.‘Yu-1’ in the root-cuttings process.The results showed that: The IAAO,PPO activity of the forcedsprouting cuttings showed up-down-up-down trend in the cutting process,The POD activity rise wavily.The role of three oxidase was both independent of each other and relate to one another in the process of rooting,which effected on rooting jointly by the interaction.
