螯合剂在重金属污染土壤植物修复中的应用研究进展

摘    要:重金属污染土壤的植物提取修复强化途径主要有2种,一是提高植物生物量,二是提高植物体内重金属含量。从螯合剂的作用机理,常用螯合剂种类,不同种类螯合剂对土壤中目标重金属的活化效果,以及螯合剂诱导下植物对目标重金属的吸收和积累效应,螯合剂使用对生态环境造成的负面影响等方面综述了重金属污染土壤螯合诱导强化植物提取修复技术的研究进展,同时对植物修复后的评价以及螯合诱导植物修复技术今后的发展方向进行了探讨。

Abstract:There are two general approaches to strengthen phytoextraction efficiency for heavy metal contaminated soils:the first is the enhancement of hyperaccumulator biomass;the second is to increase heavy metal concentration in hyperaccumulative plant.This paper mainly reviewed the advances of the chemically enhanced phytoextraction,including the mechanisms of chelator,the sorts of chelators,heavy metal mobilization effects and accumulation of the target heavy metal induced by chelators,adverse effects on eco-environment caused by the use of chelating agents,and so on.In addition,post-harvest assessment and prospects for future development were also discussed.It was suggested that chelating agents induced phytoextraction would be a promising technical to remediate heavy metal contaminated soils.
