摘    要:雄性不育(male sterility)是向日葵杂种优势利用的重要途径。目前,全世界均是利用细胞质雄性不育性生产商用杂交种,因此,向日葵雄性不育性的发现和利用是育种学家们研究的重要课题。本研究采用了不同地理来源的20份自交系材料作育性试验,结果表明, “NEWFREE”雄性不育系具有与PET1完全不同的恢复系和保持系,很可能是

Abstract:Cytoplasmic male sterility(CMS),one of the most important breeding ways to utilize hybrid preference,is used in producing hybrid in sunflower in the world.That is why to find and application male sterility and restoration lines are focus of research.Twenty inbred lines from different origins were used in testing fertility in this study.It showed that "NEWFREE" CMS characterizes different from PET1 and very possibly is a new cytoplasm.So far "NEWFREE" has more than one maintainer lines but restoration lines are not available.Its sterility shows stable and is a potential recourse to produce pollen-free ornamental sunflower hybrid.
