| 摘 要： | 2019年8月,我国首次在新疆地区确诊牛结节性皮肤病(lumpy skin disease,LSD)。为加强对LSD的认知,继而及早制定监测与防控措施,本文概述了该病的病原学、临床症状、免疫应答等,分析了近些年该病的检测方法,提出尽早建立标准诊断技术,对防疫人员及养殖者开展培训和宣传,建立疫苗储备等建议,以期为我国防控LSD提供技术支持。

| Abstract: | In August 2019,Lumpy skin disease(LSD)was first confirmed in Xinjiang in China.In order to improve the awareness for LSD and then to develop monitoring and control measures,the characteristics of the disease,including etiology,clinical symptoms,immune response,etc.,were summarized,and the detection methods used in recent years were analyzed in this paper.Subsequently,some suggestions were put forward,such as developing standard diagnosis technology as soon as possible,carrying out trainings and publications for technicians and farmers,and constructing the vaccine reserve pools,etc.,hoping to provide some technical supports for ASFV prevention and control in China. |
