木束、竹束的性能及混合比对竹木重组材性能的影响研究

摘    要:利用马尾松、杉木木材加工余料和南方多产的小径杂竹淡竹、五月季竹为试验原材料,经碾压加工为纵向不断裂、横向松散而交错相连的木束、竹束,然后干燥、施胶、组坯、热压成竹木重组材,研究木束、竹束的性能及混合比对竹木重组材性能的影响。结果表明:竹束采用淡竹比采用五月季竹的重组材力学性能要高;竹束、木束混合比达到1:1时重组材的力学性能最高。

Effect of Function and Mixed Ratio of Bamboo Strand and Wood Strand to the Function of the Wood-bamboo Composite Scrimber

Abstract:The wood-bamboo composite scrimber was manufactured from small sized bamboo of Phyllostachys nig rd(Lodd.)Munro Var.and Phyllostachys Viridi which is abundant in south of China,and from wood remainder of Masson pine and Common China-fir.The material was first became wood strand and bamboo strand,then became wood-bamboo composite scrimber.The study was focused on probing into wood strand and bamboo strand function influence on the function of composite scrimber,and the ratio of mixed wood and bamboo influence on the function of composite scrimber.The results showed that the mechanical function of composite scrimber with Phyllostachys nig rd(Lodd.) Munro Var bamboo strand was higher than the composite scrimber with Phyllostachys Viridi bamboo strand.When the ratio of mixed wood and bamboo was 1:1,the mechanical function of composite scrimber became the highest.
