喉支康对实验性鸡败血霉形体和大肠杆菌混合感染的疗效

以人工诱发鸡败血霉形体和大肠杆菌混合感染模型，评价复方制剂－喉支康水溶性粉的疗效。按每升水加入20，40，80mg喉支康的用量给病鸡饮水给药，连续5d，对混合感染鸡的治愈率分别是70．0％，93．3％，96．7％，而感染对照组的死亡率为63．3％；上述用药组的增重效果极显著高于感染对照组（P＜0．01）。

Efficacy of “Hou-Zhi-Kang”Against the Chickens Exeprimentally Infected with Mycoplasma Gallisepticam and E.Coli

The disease model was infected in 180 chickens by inoculating mycoplasma gallisepticam into the trachea and E.coli into the breast .All the therapeutic groups of chicken were medicated for 5 successive days via drinking water with “Hou-Zhi-Kang”(20,40,80 mg/L ) and ciprofloxacin (40 mg/L),respectively,the other group was unmedicated as infected control.The curative rates of the therapeutic groups with 20,40,80 mg/L of “Hou-Zhi-Kang”and 40 ml/L of ciprofloxacin for the infected chickens were 70.0%,93%,96.7% and 76.7%,respectively.The mortality of infected control group was 63.3%.“Hou-Zhi-Kang” exhibited high efficacy in controlling the infection of mycoplasma gallisepticam and E.Coli,reducing mortality and weight gain.
