基于逆向工程技术在工业设计中的应用

摘    要:利用逆向工程技术对已有的产品进行快速获取三维数据,通过对三维数据的处理,可以对产品模型进行重构,并进行优化设计、分析、验证、修复等操作,是一种对产品进行快速设计的有效方法。文章通过电钻手柄设计为例,探讨了利用逆向工程技术对模型进行了三维数据获取、数据预处理、曲面重构、产品优化等整个工作过程。

Abstract:The use of reverse engineering of existing products for quick access to three-dimensional data, through the three-dimensional data processing, product model can be reconstructed, and to optimize the design, analysis, verification, repair and other operations, the product is a rapid design an effective method. Ar Article through drill handle design, for example, discusses the use of reverse engineering technology to model the three-dimensional data acquisition, data prepro- cessing, surface reconstruction, product ontimization, the entire work nrocess.
