基于MGCS的空气压缩机的恒压监控系统设计

摘    要:本设计主要是要研究恒压供气控制系统的硬件及控制方法、开发基于MCGS组态软件的监控界面。整个系统是用PLC进行控制,MCGS组态软件进行监控。PLC主要控制空压机的启动和停止,MCGS用于读取压力,以便我们随时了解系统信息,进行调整。整个系统自动化水平比较高,大大减少了人力物力,而且对于压力的变化能很快的做出反应,调节压力。该系统结构简单成本、性能稳定,而且功能齐全,非常适合应用和推广。

Abstract:The design is mainly to study the constant pressure air supply control system hardware and control method, developed based on MCGS monitoring interface. The whole system is controlled by the PLC, MCGS configuration software for monitoring. PLC mainly controlled compressor starts and stops, MCGS for reading the pressure, so that we can keep abreast of system information, adjust. Relatively high level of automation throughout the system, greatly reducing the hu- man and material resources, but also for changes in pressure can quickly react to adjust the pressure. The system is sim- ple and cost, stable performance, and full-featured, very suitable for the application and promotion.
