摘    要:现阶段,职业学校均存在学生英语水平参差不齐的现象,加大了英语教学的难度,教学的最优目标难以实现。为了使不同层次的学生均能够得到最优的教学效果,分层教学应运而生,成为职业英语教学中的一大方式,如何在职业英语教学中实施分层教学,尊重学生的个体差异性,因材施教地进行英语教学,是文章需要加以探讨的话题。
