摘    要:确立了一种快速筛选小麦高蛋白转化后代材料的温室加代技术。比较了不同的幼胚形态、春化时间及温室温度对小麦生长的影响后 ,确定下述加代流程 :用授粉后 1 2~ 1 6d的幼胚培养直接成苗 ,在 4~ 8℃条件下春化 2 5d ,移栽入温室 ,控制温度、湿度 ,促其在 35~ 40d内开花、授粉 ,继续进行下一轮培养。此法简便、快速 ,能在 70d左右完成小麦 1代生长周期 ,不间断连续培养 ,可 1年繁殖 5代 ,显著缩短小麦生育周期 ,适合进行大量高蛋白突变株的筛选。

Abstract:A greenhouse generation-adding technique to quickly select the high-protein wheat transgene mutation is established.The following process is founded after comparing the effect of different little embryo form, vernalization time and temperature of greenhouse on wheat growth.The little embryoes having pollinated 12-16 days are cultured into to young plant. After being vernalized at 4-8 ℃ for 25 days,the young plants are transplanted to greenhouse.Under the condition of controlling the temperature and humidity of greenhouse, the young plants will be abloom and pollinating. A generation life cycle of wheat is about 70 days by this way. If continue to culture,it can be bred five generations in one year. So,this technique markedly shortened the procreating cycle of wheat and is suitable to select amount of high-protein wheat mutation.
