莴苣种子贮存最适含水量与贮藏寿命研究

摘    要:含水量为9.9%~1.6%的莴苣种子,密闭包装后于50、35、20℃保存,定期检测种子生活力和活力,并计算种子贮藏寿命。结果表明,莴苣种子在50,35、20℃贮藏,最适含水量分别为2.0%-3.0%、1.9%-4.0%和1.9%-6.4%。种子最适含水量随着贮藏温度的升高而降低。随着贮藏温度的降低,种子寿命不断延长,在50~20℃的范围内,每降低15℃,种子寿命延长10.2倍。随着种子含水量的降低,种子寿命不断延长,每降低1%的含水量,种子寿命延长1.2倍。种子含水量与贮藏寿命成对数回归关系,关系式为Y=b+mlnX,其中Y为含水量(%),b,m为常数,x为种子寿命(d)。

Abstract:Lettuce seeds with moisture content ranging from 9.9% to 1.6% were hermetically packaged and stored at 50 ℃,35 ℃ and 20 ℃ to calculate the longevity by regularly determining the seed viability.The results showed that the optimal moisture contents of lettuce seed stored at 50 ℃,35 ℃ and 20 ℃ were 2.0%~3.0%,1.9%~4.0% and 1.9%~6.4%,respectively.The optimal moisture content decreased as the storage temperature increased.Seed longevity increased as the storage temperature decreased.Seed longevity increased 10.2 times as the storage temperature decreased by 15 ℃ in the range of 50 ℃ to 20 ℃.Seed longevity increased as the seed moisture content decreased.Seed longevity increased 1.2 times as the seed moisture content decreased by 1%.There was a relationship of logarithm regression between seed moisture content and seed longevity,the equation model was Y=b+mlnX,which Y was the seed moisture content(%),b and m were the constant,X was the seed longevity(d).
