摘    要:
以甘蓝型油菜无菌苗子叶为外植体 ,接种不同生长调节剂组合的培养基 ,研究AgNO3 对油菜子叶外植体植株再生频率的影响。结果表明 ,AgNO3 2 .5mg/L处理可明显提高子叶外植体的植株再生频率 ,芽再生频率和平均每外植体再生芽数分别达到 4 3 .3 0 %和 2 .77。苗龄与子叶外植体的芽再生频率有关 ,苗龄 4d的子叶芽再生频率较高。

Abstract:
The effect of AgNO 3 on the shoot regeneration from cotyledon explants of Brassica napus was investigated in the different medium. The results showed that AgNO 3 could significantly increase the percentage of shoot regeneration. The AgNO 3 concentration of 2.5mg/L was the best in this test, which percentage of shoot regeneration and average number of shoot regerneration per explant were 43.3% and 2.77 respectively. The seedling age was also associated with the shoot regeneration, and the cotyledon of 4 days age had higher percentage of shoot regeneration than any other.
