| Abstract: | The weak nature and public welfare of agricultural cooperatives were described,and the government＇s main strategies to promote cooperative development were analyzed from the legislative,administrative,finance,taxation and education.Finally,on the basis of analysis on the pros and cons of these strategies.it also conluded that the rational choice of government for cooperative development was to develop cooperative education. |
