| 摘 要： | 教育的发展是推动经济发展的源泉，同时教育的发展也离不开经济发展的保障．教育经费受制于经济的发展，教育经费的预测理应与社会、经济的发展相结合．本文运用指数曲线预测方法，结合黑龙江省社会、经济发展的总趋势，预测了黑龙江省教育经费的未来发展趋势，并对教育经费保障体系进行了探讨，使教育经费预测结果在实践中具有可操作性．

| Abstract: | The development of education improves the economy,and meanwhile,the economy is also the foundation of education.The educational cxpenditure is restricted by economical development.The forecast of educational expenditure,therefore,should correspond with social and economical development.By the exponential curve method the article predicted the development of educational expenditure according to the general trend of the social and economical conditions in Heilongjiang province,and explores the security system of educational expenditure.The forecast results are applicable in practice. |
