摘 要: | 用(60)~(Co)γ射线辐照无核绿葡萄干,延长其保藏期的试验结果表明,杀灭葡萄干表面上虫卵的适宜剂量为3.5kGy;杀死葡萄干内已孵化幼虫的有效剂量为3.0kGy。经辐照处理过的无核绿葡萄干,在常温下可保藏8个月以上,达到在新疆地区安全保藏越夏的目的。辐照无核绿葡萄干不产生不良变化的临界剂量为5.0kGy。2.0—4.0kGy辐照葡萄干,其主要营养成分未发生明显的变化。应用1.8—60.0kGy剂量辐照后的葡萄干,未发现有感生放射性核素及放射性污染。综合研究表明,无核绿葡萄干用3.5kGy剂量辐照符合卫生安全标准。

STUDIES ON RADIATION PRESERVATION TECHNIQUE OF GREEN RAISINS |

Abstract: | The study of preservation of green raisins by killing ovum and larva of India moth [Plodia intepunella (Hubner) ]with 60Co-γ rays to prolong preservation period was carried out. The results showed that the lethal dose for ovum in the raisin is 3.5 kGy, and the lethal dose for larva is 3.0 kGy. At the normal temperature green raisin could be preserved over eight months by irradiation, the safe preservation over summer period in Xinjing was achieved. Critical dose, with which the irradiation wouldn't change the sensible characters of quality of green raisin, is 5.0 kGy. By irradiation of 2.0-4.0 kGy the sanitary quality of raisin was improved obviously. Nutritive component of irradiation raisin didn't show obvious change, and its deliciousness was not varied at all. Through irradiation of 1.8-60.0 kGy there were not any new induced ra-dioisotope and radiopollution in raisins. Complete study showed that the preservation of green raisin through irradiation of 3.5 kGy is agreeable to standard of health. |
