摘    要:利用臭氧-紫外处理污泥,在杀菌的同时增加了污泥中作物可利用成分,从而提高水培效果。研究表明,与霍格兰营养液相比,污泥经过臭氧-紫外处理(0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5 h)后,污泥水培有利于提高大叶木耳菜中维生素C、叶绿素和可溶性蛋白质含量,第40 d收获时,三者最高可分别提高0.43 mg·100g-1、7.70 SPAD和5.35 mg·g-1;随臭氧-紫外处理污泥时间的延长,植株鲜重、地上部鲜重增加,与处理0 h组相比,处理2.5 h组在第40 d收获时两者分别提高7.90、6.71 g·株-1。第40 d收获时,除未经臭氧-紫外处理实验组大叶木耳菜中粪大肠菌群个数高出标准限量值,其他污泥处理组及霍格兰营养液处理(CK)组植株中粪大肠菌群个数均符合标准。综合考虑大叶木耳菜产量、品质、卫生学指标及污泥处理成本,臭氧-紫外联合处理0.5 h的污泥更适合水培大叶木耳菜。

Abstract:Digested sludge is rich in organic matter and plant nutrients, and thus applying sludge to agricultural soils has been considered to be an environmentally and agronomically acceptable option for sludge disposal. However, sludge often contains pathogens and parasites, limiting its agricultural applications. In this study, an experiment was designed to examine the effect of sludge pretreated with combined O3/UV on the growth, yield and quality of Gynura Cusimbua under hydroponic conditions. Hoagland nutrient solution was used as control. Compared with the control, sludge treatments improved the content of vitamin C, chlorophyll, and soluble protein in Gynura Cusimbua by 0.43 mg·100 g-1, 7.70 SPAD, and 5.35 mg·g-1, respectively. Fresh weights of per plant and its aboveground part increased with prolonged treatment time with O3/UV, with increments of up to 7.90 g and 6.71 g, respectively. When harvested on the 40 th day, fecal coliform in Gynura Cusimbua met the standard limit values for all treatments except T1(without O3/UV treatment), in which the number of fecal coliform was higher than the standards. Considering the yield, quality, and health of Gynura Cusimabua and the cost for sludge processing, sludge pretreated with O3/UV for 0.5 h is regarded to be suitable for hydroponic Gynura Cusimbua.
