| 摘 要： | 对本实验室前期制备的兽用硫酸酯化酵母β-葡聚糖注射液进行安全性检验、体外抑菌和体内抗感染试验。结果表明,注射液体外对金黄色葡萄球菌有明显的抑制作用,但对溶血性链球菌、大肠埃希氏菌无抑制作用;体内抗感染作用显著,并具有较高安全性。

| Abstract: | Sulfated yeast β-glucan injection pre-prepared in our laboratory was studied to evaluate its safety and antibacterial effect in vitro and in vivo.The results showed that the injection had significant antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus,and had no significant effect against hemolytic Strepto-coccus and Escherichia coli in vitro;It showed an significant anti-inflammatory effect and high safety in vivo. |
