| 摘 要： | 目前,我国图书馆联盟不断发展,在其发展进程中,越来越多地涉及到和知识产权保护相关的问题。通过对我国图书馆联盟的发展现状及其承担的功能研究,分析和图书馆联盟相关的知识产权保护内容,指出国外与图书馆联盟知识产权保护相关的法律规定,提出我国图书馆联盟与知识产权保护策略。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,library consortium in China is developing continuously.Combining with this course,more and more is-sues related to intellectual property protection appeared.By studying the current situation and the functions of library consortium in China,analysis the related intellectual property protection fields,point out the relevant law of intellectual property protection in foreign,present the applicable strategies in China. |
