少数民族农村地区民族关系问题研究——以宁夏T村为例

少数民族农村地区的民族关系,对于新时期新农村建设的作用不言而喻。文章分析了宁夏T村的民族关系现状,指出促进民族发展需要在少数民族农村地区的经济发展尤其是区域经济协调发展、农村基层党的建设与干部培养、民族关系预警和减压机制建设以及对村民的思想认识教育、权益保障等方面做好工作。

Research on Problems of Ethnic Relationship in Minority Rural Area Taking T village of Ningxia as an example

Ethnic relationship of minority rural areas was important for new rural construction in the new period.Ethnic relations status of T village of Ningxia were pointed out.Therefore,we should do good work from the following aspects,the minority rural areas economic development especially in the coordinated development of regional economy,party construction and cadre training at the grassroots level,early warning system and reduced pressure mechanism construction of ethnic relations,as well as the thought education of villagers,rights protection.
